Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label, but returns are open to all customers.

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item. All items being returned must be in condition received any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

The majority of returns are refunded via form of payment used gift cards will be refunded in the form of a Lexi Avenue gift card.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
